As a house flipper from Dallas Texas Bill came across a home in his own neighborhood that looked worthy of a fresh renovation. He took on this project around September 2017 with the eye for giving it new life. Take a look at what he was able to accomplish in these stunning before and after images.
Can You Give Us A Little Background On The Project?
I purchased a home down the street from where I live to flip. The home had not been updated since the '60s. The cabinets were all original and not in great shape. I had the vision the home needed to be brought up to modern standards. With the help of Prime cabinetry, my vision became reality.
From Where Did You Gain Your Inspiration?
I looked at current trends and colors for kitchens in several magazines and design studios. I was able to achieve what I wanted at a cost that worked in my reno budget.
What Made You Decide To Work With Prime Cabinetry?
I submitted my work order and was contacted by Prime Cabinetry to finalize the order and discuss the assembly of the cabinets. Brandon was extremely helpful and great to work with.
What Advice Would You Give Someone Who Is Just Beginning Their Remodeling Journey?
My advice would be to stay within your budget, look for quality over quantity, do not renovate to suit your taste unless you plan to live there for 30 years, use the resources the company provides such as their free design service, and lastly LISTEN to the professionals from the companies giving advice!
What Do You Enjoy Most About Your New Kitchen/Bath?
The clean lines and the overall look the new cabinets provided in the space were magical. We were very satisfied with the product received from Prime Cabinetry.
Looking at the images from this renovation it is easy to spot the drastic changes that were made. We love that Bill was able to utilize a darker cabinet color in a small space simply by utilizing light and bright colors in every other aspect of the kitchen. This 60’s style home was brought up to speed on modern trends and we are loving it!
