Do you have a showroom where I can view the cabinets?
No, we do not have showrooms. Our business model is designed to provide you with optimum service, fast lead times, and extreme cost savings. We are able to do that by eliminating the overhead associated with operating brick and mortar showrooms. We have lots of resources online such as our photo gallery , door sample program, and customer testimonials which will instill confidence in your purchase decision.
Do you sell doors and drawer fronts?
No, we only sell complete cabinets.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, all of our products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Do you sell unfinished cabinets?
No, all of our products are sold with painted or stained finishes.

Are your cabinets assembled or RTA (Ready to Assemble) ?
Our Bella Rain collection comes fully assembled. Our Allie Nicole and Breanna Madison lines come RTA.
Do you sell bathroom cabinets as well?
Yes, all of our cabinet lines come in kitchen and bath varieties.
Do your products contain particleboard?
No, Our products contain absolutely no particleboard.
What is the difference between MDF and particleboard?
Medium density fiberboard (MDF) is made of smaller wood fibers which are compressed at a high pressure and temperature making it denser and stronger than particle board.
Do your glass door cabinets come with glass?
No, todays design trends call for too many different styles of glass for us to stock. We recommend taking your door frames to a local cabinet company to get glass installed.
Can I get a different stain/paint color from what I see online?
No, We do not currently offer any custom finishing options.

No, At this time we do not offer measurement services.
How much do samples cost?
Full door samples are $15 (refunded with kitchen purchase).
Why do I need to get samples?
It is very difficult to portray the true color a cabinet will have within your home without actually having the product in your space and under your lighting, which is why we offer door samples (Refundable*) to all of our customers.
Do I need to return the samples?
The samples are yours to keep. We recommend using them to pick out counter tops, backsplash, flooring and paint colors.
How does your pricing compare to my local cabinet showroom?
Our pricing is very competitive, so you should see a significant cost savings (30%-40%) on similar products when shopping with Primecabinetry.com.
What do I need to provide to get a quote?
We can quote off of a floor plan we provide (recommended), a floor plan you had done somewhere else or a list of cabinets (not recommended) you give us.
How long is my quote good for?
30 days, unless your quote was given during a promotion, which would make that quote expire at the end of the promotional period.
Do you price match?
We will price match on products with the same specifications as ours.
Do you offer discounts for professionals?

We take website security very seriously and have every major service available in place to keep our environment secure.
How will my order ship?
Orders will typically ship secured to a pallet via 3rd party freight carrier. Some small pieces may also ship ground via UPS or USPS.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on orders over $2500 (cabinet subtotal). Freight charges will be calculated by weight and zip code for all orders that do not qualify for the free shipping promotion.
Can I pick my order up?
No, all orders must ship from the distribution warehouse.
Will someone call me to schedule the delivery?
Yes, The freight carrier will contact you once the order has left our facility to schedule the delivery to your home.
Do I need to be home when the cabinets arrive?
Yes, Someone 18 years of age or older must be available to receive the order. See our Terms and Conditions for more information on receiving your order.
Where do you ship your products?
We will ship orders anywhere within the continental US. Please contact customer service for information on shipping an order outside of the lower 48.

What do I do if my order has visible damages/missing items?
First thing you should do is take pictures of the damages and then make a note on the delivery receipt. DO NOT REFUSE THE ORDER. Then contact customer service and we will take care of it from there.
Should I refuse my order if there are visible damages to the shipment?
In most cases it is highly recommended that you never refuse an order. Please call customer service, If you feel like you should refuse your order because it is completely damaged.
Can I return my order If I decide that I do not want it?
While we want to satisfy all of our customers needs it is very difficult to get a pallet of cabinets back to the warehouse without them being destroyed so there are no returns. Please call customer service, if you have extenuating circumstances that you feel may warrant a return.
How quickly are claims processed?
All claims are processed within 72 hours of receiving proper information.
How long do I have to check my order for concealed damages?
30 days from the date you received your order.
