Do you have a showroom where I can view the cabinets?
We have an office in the Kennesaw Ga area that local customers are welcome to visit. Outside of this, we do not have showrooms. We are able to provide you with optimum service, fast lead times, and extreme cost savings by eliminating the overhead from operating brick and mortar showrooms. Are your cabinets KCMA Certified?
Yes, our cabinets have been tested and exceed the quality standards set forth by the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association. Click here to learn more about the KCMA testing process.
Are your cabinets Carb2 Certified?
Yes, our cabinets are manufactured to exceed the Carb2 standards for emissions/off gassing. Click here to see our product certifications.
No, our stock and semi custom cabinets are sold with painted or stained finishes only. However, we do offer unfinished stock wood hoods for purchase.
How are your drawers constructed?
The drawer construction depends on the cabinet line. The drawers in the Allie Nicole, Bella Rain, Vela Rose and Luna collections are constructed using 5/8” dovetailed rails and a 3/8” bottom. The Breanna Madison collection comes with Blum LEGRABOX’s and 5/8” melamine bottoms.
Are your cabinets assembled or RTA (Ready to Assemble)?
The offering depends on the cabinet line. Our Breanna Madison and Veyla Rose collections are only available fully assembled. Our Allie Nicole collection is available both Assembled and RTA. Our Bella Rain and Luna collections are available only as RTA.
Do you sell bathroom cabinets as well?
Yes, our collections are available with bathroom vanities with the exception, of our Luna collection which has limited vanity selections.
Do your products contain particleboard?
No, Our products contain absolutely no particleboard.
Do your glass door cabinets come with glass?
The offering of glass depends on the cabinet line. Our Luna and Bella Rain collections have glass door options available with glass included. Our Allie Nicole and Veyla Rose collections offer cabinets routed for glass, but glass is not included. Our Breanna Madison collection does not offer any glass door options. If needed, consider purchasing glass for your cabinets at a local glass company near you. A professional will measure, cut, and fit the glass for you, simplifying your installation.
Can I get a different stain/paint color from what I see online?
The availability of different paint/stain colors depends on the cabinet line. We offer 20+ paint/stain options for our semi custom cabinets in the Veyla Rose collection. However, we do not offer any custom finishing options for our stock cabinet collections: Allie Nicole, Breanna Madison, Bella Rain, and Luna.

What is the difference between MDF/HDF and particleboard?
Particleboard is a combination of small wood chips, shavings, and adhesives loosely compressed together. It is low in durability, exhibits voids in the wood, and will not support heavy loads.
On the other hand, HDF/MDF, also know as High or Medium Density Fiberboard, is an engineered wood comprised of wood fibers bound together with synthetic and formaldehyde-based agents. The dry process method in which HDF/MDF panels are made breaks down the wood particles and reconstitutes them into a new panel using tremendous heat, pressure, and binders. Thus, making HDF/MDF more durable, smooth, and compact compared to particleboard.
For these reasons, HDF/MDF has become the preferred material for painted cabinet doors in the cabinet industry.
Are your cabinets finished on the sides?
The offering of finished sides depends on the cabinet line. Our Allie Nicole, Bella Rain, and Luna cabinet collections come with finished sides. Our Breanna Madison cabinet collection does not come with finished sides. Instead, they are a linen color. If purchasing from the Breanna Madison collection, we offer finished side panels as an add-on to complete your installation. Our Veyla Rose cabinet collection does not include finished sides, but the option to finish the sides is available as a modification.
Do you offer cabinet modifications?
In our Assembled Allie Nicole collection, limited modifications are available. Modifications are also available in our Veyla Rose Collection
How can I visualize the cabinets in my home before I buy?
Our professional design services are completely free of charge and include a quote, 3D rendering, and layout. For more information on getting a design, see our design request page.
What do I need to provide to get a design done?
Our Designers will need measurements of your space in order to complete the layout and renderings of your new kitchen. Watch the how to measure my kitchen video and download our measuring guide to get started with your design.
How long does it take to get my design back?
24 – 48 business hours. This lead time is subject to change during holiday/office closings and does not include time spent on requested design revisions.
No, currently we do not offer in home measurement services.
How much do samples cost?
Stocked cabinet door samples and semi custom cabinet sample blocks are available for $15 each and up to 3 are refundable with your next cabinet purchase exceeding $250.
Semi custom cabinet sample doors are available for $25 each and up to 3 are refundable with your next cabinet purchase exceeding $250.
The samples are yours to keep and we recommend using them to pick out backsplash, flooring and paint colors.
Why do I need to get samples?
The true color of our cabinets can vary depending on different lighting and monitors. So, we believe it is imperative to see our products in your own home and lighting to make and educated decision before you buy. Additionally, our samples make it convenient to shop your hardware, appliances, backsplash, and more while deciding how they will look with your new cabinets.
Do I need to return the samples?
The samples are yours to keep. We recommend using them to pick out backsplash, flooring, and paint colors.
How does your pricing compare to my local showroom?

What do I need to provide to get a quote?
We require a floor plan or cabinet list with sizes included to receive a quote. We highly recommend requesting a floor plan with our design department to receive the most accurate quote for your space. However, your are welcome to send us a floor plan already acquired from another source.
How long is my quote good for?
Our quotes are honored for 7 days.

We will price match on products with the same specifications as ours.

How long does it take to receive my order?
The lead time of your order will depend on which collection you are purchasing. The Bella Rain, RTA Allie Nicole, and Luna collection will arrive at your home in 1-3 weeks after the purchase.
The Breanna Madison and Assembled Allie Nicole will arrive at your home 3-5 weeks after the purchase.
The Veyla Rose collections will arrive at your home 5-8 weeks after the purchase. Some features in the Veyla Rose collection have a lead time of 14-17 weeks after purchase.
The lead times for items such as wood hoods, and hardware vary and can be provided upon request.
Can I purchase over the phone?
All orders must be placed through our website so that our terms and conditions can be viewed and accepted at the time of purchase.
Is it safe to order online?
We take website security very seriously and have every major service available in place to keep our environment secure.
How will my order ship?
Orders will typically ship secured to a pallet via a 3rd party freight carrier. Some small pieces may also ship ground via UPS, USPS or FedEx.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on retail RTA and semi-custom orders over $2,500 and on retail Assembled orders over $4,000 for the cabinet portion subtotal. Freight charges will be calculated by weight and zip code for all orders that do not qualify for the free shipping promotion. Cabinetry hardware and wood hoods are subject to a shipping fee regardless of the cabinet subtotal.
Can I pick my order up?
The Allie Nicole and Breanna Madison collections are available for pickup in our Norcross, GA facility. All other collections will be shipped to your home.
Will someone call me to schedule the delivery?
If your order is shipping via freight carrier, you will be contacted by the carrier to schedule the delivery to your home.
Do I need to be home when the cabinets arrive?
Yes, someone 18 or older must be available to receive the order. See our Terms and Conditions for more information on receiving your order, and watch our How to Receive Your Order video.
Where do you ship your products?
We will ship stock RTA and Assembled orders anywhere within the Continental US. Please contact customer service for information on shipping an order outside of the lower 48. Our semi custom cabinet line, Veyla Rose, has limited availability within continental US. Contact customer service to check your area for availability.
What else do I need to know about receiving my order?
Normal access, meaning accessibility to 53’ tractor trailer, is required. If not accessible, a $100 Limited Access fee will apply to deliver your shipment in a smaller truck.
Will my order be delivered inside my home?
The type of delivery depends on the cabinets you have purchased. All stock cabinet orders are delivered curbside. This means the delivery will be made either at the curb or in your driveway, depending on what the driver deems the easiest and safest way to deliver your shipment. All semi-custom cabinet orders are delivered first dry area. This means the delivery will be made to a garage, covered porch, or possibly right inside your home.
Do the cabinets come with assembly/installation instructions?
Yes, each cabinet comes with assembly instructions. See our assembly videos for more information on assembling our cabinets. You can visit our YouTube page for more videos on our Luna and Bella Rain collections, please contact customer service for line specific videos.
Does Prime Cabinetry offer assemble/installation services?
Currently, we offer limited assembly and installation services to residents of the Metro Atlanta area only. Please contact a Prime Cabinetry representative to request a quote.
What do I do if my order has visible damages/missing items?
First, take pictures of the damages and make a note on the delivery receipt. DO NOT REFUSE THE ORDER. Contact customer service at 844-540-1885 to advise us of any missing items. To file a damage claim, please login into your account and select damage claims, then select start a new claim. You can also contact customer service and we will be happy to assist. Should I refuse my order if there are visible damages to the shipment?
It is highly recommended that you never refuse an order. Please call customer service at 844-540-1550 if you feel like you should refuse the order due to extreme damage. You can also view our Terms and Conditions page for more information.
Can I return my order If I decide that I do not want it?
Returns are not allowed on opened boxes, clearance items, assembled cabinets, panels and fillers or wood hoods. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information. If the requirements are met for a return, an RMA must be issued before the return is made, please contact customer service at 844-540-1885 for assistance.
How quickly are claims processed?
All claims are processed within 72 hours of receiving the proper information.
How long do I have to check my order for concealed damages?
15 business days from the date you received your order.
Will I be reimbursed for any labor or time pertaining to filing a damage claim?
We will not reimburse any additional labor/time costs incurred throughout the claims process.
