Luxurious Laundry Room

Denise and Joe Le decided to take a chance around March 2017 on a foreclosing house that they felt had the potential to become their dream home. Their first project to tackle was the kitchen, which you can see highlighted in another post under our Before & After Gallery. Denise and Joe’s kitchen transformation was so beautiful it won them the $1,500 grand prize from the 1st round of our Before & After Photo Contest! 

Since then, Denise and Joe decided to come back to Prime Cabinetry around September 2019 with the desire to update their laundry room next. “We wanted quality cabinets that were affordable and already had a great experience with Prime Cabinetry with our kitchen. They not only had the best price but were the easiest to work with.” Said Denise. Thus, their Laundry room makeover began.

Let’s Get Down to Business  

Denise and Joe knew what they were looking to get out of the laundry room remodel but weren’t quite sure how to make it happen. At least not at first. Prime Cabinetry designer Jordan helped them navigate through the tough questions to determine what made the most sense for the narrow space. A dog washing station was sought-after, tall cabinets for storage, counter space for folding clothes, and a place to hide the ironing board. While Prime Cabinetry is not a custom cabinet company, it only took a little imagination and some decent carpentry skills from Joe to make this a reality.

 Farmhouse Fresh

The inspiration for the entire house was the fan-favorite Modern Farmhouse style. So this look flows through both the kitchen and laundry room as well as the rest of the home. “We wanted to keep everything light, bright, and clean! Pinterest was a big help but all in all, it was just seeing different samples and having that gut feeling.” Said Denise. When deciding your design style it helps to order sample doors and compare all your materials to one another. This can be helpful when debating the bigger picture in a remodel. 

The Prime Cabinetry team was thrilled when Denise and Joe decided to put their contest winnings into another home remodel project! From the gorgeous tile to the cute open shelves, and of course the beautiful cabinets we think this couple hit it out of the park with this adorable laundry room.
