This vintage New York based home was updated around the end of 2018 by husband and wife team Mr. & Mrs.Greck.

Starting from scratch they were excited to jump into the kitchen phase of their renovation early on. They knew pretty

quickly Prime Cabinetry would be their best source for cabinets to truly transform their kitchen and bring their visions

to life.

Can You Give Us A Little Background On The Project?     

My wife and I married and bought our house in April. Even though the house was over 80 years old and needed a lot of renovations we fell in love with it because it gave us the opportunity to design and rebuild the way we dreamed of. One of the highlights of the renovation was the kitchen. We ended up raising the ceiling to over 9 feet and removed the basement entrance to create a pantry which gave us a larger kitchen and more storage space. Since we didn't want to lose the indoor basement entrance, we created a trap door in the pantry floor. After taking the kitchen down to the studs and starting from scratch, we created the modern farmhouse kitchen of our dreams.

From Where Did You Gain Your Inspiration?

My wife had a vision in her head and was able to bring together different elements to create an incredible kitchen with a unique look.

What Made You Decide To Work With Prime Cabinetry?

After looking around at a few places, we chose Prime Cabinetry because the style and quality for the price were unbeatable. Through assembling the cabinets ourselves we were able to save a fortune. We are always complimented on the quality of the cabinets.

What Do You Enjoy Most About Your New Kitchen/Bath?

The size of the kitchen and all of the storage make it easy to work in. The big drawers offer a lot of space and are easily accessible. We are looking forward to hosting our first Thanksgiving as a married couple in our newly renovated home and kitchen.
